Men & women's screams draws Alma closer to the the door. Screams fades.
Door opens. Knight limps in, steps forward and falls.
Alma kneels near him. His head is covered with blood.]

 What an awful wound!

[Knight stretches hand toward Alma.]

 U, ugh.... help... That.... monster.....

[Alma holds his hand.]

 C...come on!!

 R...run.... It's.... dangerous...

[Knight dies. Alma puts his hand on his breast and prays for his soul.
A horrific howl and new screams interrupts her. She leaves the cell...]












37.3. Inside of Riovanes Castle - Wiegraf-Velius returns to Hell


[Ramza comes into the castle and looks around.
Bodies of Knights are lying all over the room.]

 What's this....?

[Wiegraf is standing at the other end of the room.
His back is turned to Ramza. He turns around.]

 There you are Ramza.

[Wiegraf steps toward Ramza.]

 Draw your sword, Ramza.

[Ramza do nothing.]

 What's wrong? If you don't, I will.

	Giving your spirit to Lucavi just to avenge yourself.
	If Miluda knew about this, she'd be very disappointed.

Blue 'blast' consumes him. When it fades, Velius appears.]

[Ramza's friends walks up to him.]

 I see you have some help. Then I'll do the same. Come out, loyal servants!

[3 'archaic' demons appears behind Velius.]

 Here I come, Ramza! Let me show you the power of evil!

	Conditions for Winning:

[Velius summons Cyclops. Demons attacks with Dark Holy, Giga Flare and

of a wall. Alma steps backward, but nothing more happens.
Alma walks around the wall and kneels beside Izlude.]

	give me some light. So dark... can't see a thing.

 Don't worry. No need to fight anymore.

 Tell your brother... the stone ...has 'evil power'...

[Izlude coughs with blood...]

[Vormav walks up to Alma.]

[Blue flash on the Vormav's breast. He looks at his breast.]

	Why, why is Virgo responding?

[Vormav looks at Alma.]

	You... can't be...

[Vormav grasps Alma.]

	Very nice! I didn't expect to meet you here!
	I thought it would take 100 years to find you!
	I never dreamed you were the one!

[Alma tries to free herself, but can't and yells.]

 Stop!! Let go of me!!

 No need to fear. I won't kill you. Now come here!

[Vormav knocks Alma out, puts her on the shoulder and disappears.
But blue stone falls out of Alma's clothes... and shines.]









37.5. Roof of Riovanes Castle - Barinten's Payday or Deadly Beauty


[Night. Rafa & Barinten are on the roof.]

 Fool! This is what I get? Revenge for kindness!?
	Why do you think you're even still alive today!
	Because of me! I took you out of the garbage!
	Or did you forget that already?

[Rafa prepares her sword to attack. Barinten draws a gun and aims it at her.]

[They are looking at each other...]

 Hya, ha! You can't... And do you know why? Because
	your body recalls the terror... Don't worry...
	that terror will gradually subside. Hya, ha, ha.

[Malak's voice sounds from the left of Rafa.]

[Malak runs onto the roof and stops on the left of Rafa.]

 Is what you said true?

 You're turning on me, too? You're both ingrates!

[Rafa prepared to attack.]

 I'll kill you!!

[Malak rushes to Rafa and pushes her behind the chimney.
Gunshot. Bullet hits Malak and he falls near Rafa.]

[Slim and beautiful girl fastly walks up to Barinten from behind.
He turns around. Girl grasps his neck with left hand and lifts him up.]

[Girl throws Barinten over herself up into the sky. But
he can't fly... His scream ends when he meets a ground.]

[Another girl walks up to the first while sounds a]
Man's voice
	Can you hand me the stone?

[Silver haired man, who's supposed to be dead, joins 2 girls.]

 M...Marquis Elmdor. Why are you here....?

[Elmdor walks closer to Rafa, who hides a stone under her clothes.]

 No... Give it to me...

[Beautiful silver hair flutters. Ramza fastly walks up to Rafa.]

 Rafa! Watch out!! They are not human!

 So you're Ramza, the heretic? I never really
	thanked you for doing me this favor. Thank you....
	I don't want to have to get rough like Vormav did.
	Please understand. Now, hand me the stone
	and I'll ask Vormav to return your sister.

 Where is Alma!? Bring her back!!

 Didn't you hear me? Give me the stone first.

[Ramza and Rafa are looking at each other.]

 Are you abandoning her? I thought you came
	here to save her, knowing there'd be danger.

[Ramza looks at Elmdor.]

[Sun slowly arise and shines upon a roof
where Rafa is sitting near Malak's body.

	summoned Velius... Then...

[Rafa speaks to a stone.]

[Ramza stretches hand toward Rafa.]

[Stone shines with powerful reddish light.
Beam of light comes down from the sky to Malak's body.
Small spheres of light flies along the beam into Malak.
Red light shines inside of Malak's body and fades.]

 ...What?

[Malak moves and moans.]

 Ugh....ugh...

[Malak raises head and looks at Rafa.]

 Rafa....? Where am I....? What happened....?

[Rafa hugs brother with strength.]

[Ramza walks up to the blue stone and picks it up.]

 The Zodiac Stone... here...?

[Ramza looks at Izlude's body.]

	"I didn't think the God made  holy stones but.... more evil...
	 well... Lucavi made them to  land in this world..."

Malak
	"I guess it means whoever uses it will
	 have to deal with the 'problem'..."

[Ramza looks at the stone in his hand.]

 Alma......


 
Tired of the standstill,
the Hokuten tried to capture
Bethla Garrison by mobilizing
the Knights at the front.

[Hall where Velius was killed. Bodies of Knights are lying around.
Ramza, Malak & Rafa are standing in the center of the hall.]

 The corpses were crushed by something real powerful.

	And I think that Izlude died fighting Lucavi.

	I'm sure that's the High Priest's true ambition. But collecting
	the stones and using the Brave Legend to use the people...

[Ramza nods.]

 I believe it was Vormav.
